Read 'my daily bread'...like to shared something which I find quite true for all...

Often first impressions can be wrong. Open communication, however can correct misunderstandings that are created by our own pride and prejudice.
Don't judge too quickly on what you see; treat it lightly first impression; misunderstandings multiply without communication. First impressions often lead to wrong conclusions.
